Our greenhouses just wouldn't be the same without the herbs. Their sweet and pungent aromas and infinite textures and potential uses make us want to try them all. There are perennial and annual herbs to choose from- our goal is to offer some of the most beautiful of these plants. These culinary and medicinal herbs are also useful garden plants on their own. Try some Perilla or Bronze Fennel for contrast in the flower bed. Or pot up a big container with kitchen herbs such as Rosemary, Oregano and Sage to add some zing to sauces and soups.

Lavender is a plant to build a garden around! Silvery green mounds of foliage are crowned with spikes of fragrant flowers in shades of purple and pink. We offer Lavenders in six different forms to help you create lavender `walks,' for your herb and flower beds, and for pots to keep them near your favorite sitting spot. No matter which you choose, lavenders always prefer sun and a rich, well-drained soil. Prune plants in early spring (hardy varieties) and after flowering to maintain shape and to promote a second flush of bloom.
